Your journey begins at the Chateau Mukhrani Winery, founded in 1878 by the Prince of Mukhrani, heir of the royal family of Georgia. You will see the royal palace of Ivan Mukhranbatoni, garden, old cellar, stroll through vineyards, and visit the ultra-modern winery. You will have an opportunity to taste the best types of Georgian wine. Then we will travel to southern Georgia, in the direction of Borjomi resort, on the way we will visit the cellar "Villa Rbona" located in the village Rbona, on the right bank of the Mtkvari, 9 km from Khashuri and 23 km from Borjomi. Here we will have wine and vodka tasting. After the tasting, we will arrive in Borjomi. Borjomi is famous for its natural volcanic mineral water "Borjomi" which we will taste upon arrival. Borjomi has one of the largest forest parks in Europe, where you can go horseback riding or Quadro riding. After Borjomi, we will go to Bakuriani mountain-skiing resort, where you can rent a snowboard, try the Bakuriani ski track, enjoy the beautiful views. There will be plenty of free time to taste the famous mineral waters, eat, and go shopping. We will stay in Bakuriani for the night.


After breakfast, we will leave for Akhaltsikhe, where we will visit Rabat Castle - a medieval building in Georgia, which dates back to the 13th century. The castle complex includes a mosque, minaret, synagogue, Christian church, palace, citadel, landscaped gardens, terraces, vineyards, outdoor pools with fountains, history museum, hotel, restaurant, souvenir and wine shops. We will have a wine tasting in "Natenadze Cellar", where we will taste different types of Georgian wines. Then we take the path to Vardzia (XII century), where, once, there were about 3000 caves and 50,000 people lived. You will visit a rock-cut church with old 12th-century frescoes. We will see the boilers of Van, which was a monastery in the VII century. The complex offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. You will also visit Khertvisi Fortress (10th century) - located on a high hill overlooking the village of Khertvisi, at the confluence of the Mtkvari and Paravani rivers. In the evening we will have a wine tour and tasting in "Khachapuridze Cellar". Finally, will return to Tbilisi.
